Review—Influence of Processing Parameters to Control Morphology and Optical Properties of Sol-Gel Synthesized ZnO Nanoparticles

ZnO has several potential applications into its credit. This review article focuses on the influence of processing parameters involved during synthesis nanoparticles by sol-gel method. During technique, parameters/experimental conditions can affect properties synthesized material. Processing are operating that to be kept under consideration process so various exhibited resulting tailored according desired applications. Effect like pH sol, additives used (like capping agent, surfactant), effect annealing temperature and calcination morphology optical prepared via technique is analyzed in this study. In study, we tried brief experimental investigations done researchers analyze nanoparticles. study will provide a platform understand establish correlation between through route which helpful meeting needs application areas.
